CertificationFor over 30 years now, the company SF PRECISION has maintained its position as a reliable partner in precision machining (up to 5 microns) for high level requirement applications. Specialized in small and medium series of complex parts from all types of materials (metals and alloys), our ultimate aim is to completely master the compliance of our products and broaden our current customer range, going right from the initial design stage to the end delivery of assembled parts, constantly striving for customer satisfaction. Our methods are regularly checked by C.O.F.R.A.C., a certified laboratory, and managed in-house. Our company has been ISO certified by the TUV ever since 1998, and it also belongs to the CETIM as well as the Pole of Medical Technologies of Saint-Etienne (France). 
PrecisionOur goal is to accompany and help you with the study, design, development, fine tuning and manufacturing of your sensitive or sophisticated parts. Starting right with the sheer acknowledgement of your high level of requirements, we work together with the support of CAD/CAM within the framework of a rigorous and methodical study approach, in open dialogue and full collaboration with your research and/or purchasing departments. Our expertise in engineering and manufacturing is put to your disposal to help with choosing the different materials and treatments involved in the production process, constantly focussing on improving, developing and optimizing product quality, the manufacturing process and the costs involved. 
QualityThanks to our various tools, we are capable of machining a wide range of technical parts with high level requirements, from metal plots, rods or foundry castings, for which we manage the assembly of the parts. The qualified, experienced and autonomous setting-operators, ensure a faultless product quality, all of which is approved by the Quality Department. The Quality Department is composed of 2 sevices: inspection and metrology. We place a great deal of importance on both internal and external communication. A dimensional and visual inspection is performed throughout the whole manufacturing process. We have a large range of checking methods (including limit gauge, calliper rule, gauge, tridimensional, etc... amounting to around 1,500 tools) thus allowing to double check the processes in manufacturing and metrology, and ensuring our products comply with H6h6 standards. 
RequirementAll our machining-centers are equipped with a 4th axle. The materials machined are : steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, cast iron, thermoplastics, bronze. We machine metal plots and semi-finished parts as well as cast and moulded parts . Our machining-centers are run by autonomous and polyvalent setting-operators. For the smooth running of operations, they adhere to the manufacturing processes and operating methods established by the guides, overseen and approved by the Quality Manager, according to ISO 9001 specifications. Our manufacturing units are subjected to preventive and curative maintenance. Alongside this, we can also offer the following services:material flow, surface and heat treatments, marking, assembling, testing and product checking. |
